Get a unique collector´s box for any game from the MATY MOVES workshop. The box is made of board painted by acrylic, so each motif is unique.
Get a game that no one else in the world has! Every painting is original, there is no duplicate. The paintings are created by my mother Gandala and provide collecting a whole new dimension.
How does it work?
Choose a board from the gallery which appeal to you the most and I will make the box out of it. The image format is compatible with all collector´s games MATY MOVES (it means with the games in wooden boxes, not the travel versions).

First you need to select wooden boards without defects, lay protective plastic films and mix colours – the more colours, the more fun.
Then any combination of colours is poured into a vessel (ideal is a total volume of approx. 150-200 ml per one painting). After putting on the rubber gloves, the prepared mixture is poured into the middle of the wooden board. That’s when the biggest fun begins – improvisation with tilting the board, in which the colour spills from side to side and you look a bit like a bus driver turning a steering wheel.
When tilting the board in different directions, the gravitational flow of matter is corrected. And you have no choice but to accept the fact that something completely different from your original intention is emerging. This exercise takes about two minutes, with most of the color flowing completely out of the picture during that time. However, if the whole board is covered with paint, the result is usually worth it. The mess all around is just a result of euphoria from the exciting process.
The board now needs to be moistened from the other side (into symmetry) and carefully placed on the prepared pillars for drying for several days. The completely dry board is then varnished three times from the visible side. The protective tapes and adhering acrylic layers need to be removed from the reverse side. The square format is then cut into three equal-sized stripes and assigned a serial number.
The photos of finished paintings are then taken in atelier and added on e-shop as a variant of the product. The moment you choose and buy the painting is a start of the manufacturing process of making the collector´s box.
